Greetings! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas. This space between Christmas and New Year’s is a golden opportunity for reflection upon the past year and discerning a couple of clear resolutions for the coming year. May God grant us the grace and the space to do so!
We’re back to our regular schedule of services on Saturday and Sunday this weekend. If you missed last weekend’s message, “The Doctrine Of The Status Quo.” It takes less than twenty minutes to watch/listen and could be a blessing when it comes to how you approach 2015.
Speaking of approaching 2015, let me also encourage us to take a few moments and decide our plan for spending a little time in Scripture every day in 2015. There are so many wonderful reading plans that can be found at youversion.com and a variety of ways the daily reading can be distributed to you along with other added features.
We’ll kick off 2015 together this weekend with a message I’m calling, “A New Year’s Primer.” If you’d like to read in advance the passage we’ll be drawing from, check out Joshua 1:1-9.
The following weekend, January 10-11, we’ll dive into our new series out of Ephesians 1:3-14, “In Christ – 7 Gifts For The New Year.” Be praying and planning on bringing someone with you to open their gifts all throughout this series!
There’s one more day left in our matching gift opportunity toward the third campus. Thanks to all who have given thus far! To give online you can do so by going here. If you would like to learn a bit more about our multi-site approach and the third campus, please go here.
Happy New Year everyone!
Grace and Peace,
