I’m going to touch on a lot this coming weekend, beginning with our Thursday night service: strange things I’ve seen at funerals, the Bee Gees, David Bowie, Lazarus, disappointment with God, funeral-wreckers, and how being brought back from the dead can simultaneously complicate and simplify your life. And that’s just a few of the things I’m touching on. Whew! Come with your Life in the Son guide, an open heart, and guests in tow!
If you have yet to download The Branch Church app to your mobile devices, please do so! It’s been recently updated and is easier to use than ever when it comes to accessing resources such as sermons, learning about upcoming events, and giving. By the way, we now have the capacity for people to give with their debit cards. It can be done quite easily. You can download it right here.
Finally, may God continue to give us eyes to see clearly how and where He is at work around us so that we can join Him. As Jesus said in John 5:17, “My Father is always at his work . . . .”
“Earth is crammed with heaven, every common bush afire with God. Those who see take off their shoes. The rest sit around and pluck blackberries.” (Elizabeth Barrett Browning)
Grace and Peace,
See You Soon!
